Nice, Ryan Stone! I couldn’t agree more, and definite props to Nathan Curtis! The buy-in is a must, and putting in the due dilligence may occasionally take time, but well worth your patient efforts. Making sure you’re clearly communicating that you’re not simply solving a “problem” but rather enhancing how team members navigate more cohesively.

I’ve also noticed that as you create an advocacy around the initiative—building self-awareness with individuals in a constructive manner aids your quest. Most are usually already curious or in question of at least one scenario or another. This simply helps shed light for the greater good of the cause.
